Pardoned J6er Attends Two Winsome Earle-Sears Events in Hampton Roads
Antonio LaMotta was also the QAnon Supporter that went to a Philly Vote Counting building in 2020 armed.

Antonio LaMotta was one of the many people from the Hampton Roads area that went to the Capitol on January 6th for Trump’s stop the steal rally and committed violence to disrupt the certification of the election. In the past two weeks he’s attended the two Republican candidates events in the Hampton Roads area. In attendance at both events were AG Jason MiYares, candidate for Lt Gov. John Reid and current Lt Gov Winsome Earle-Sears. At the event at Regent University in Virginia Beach Monday night Governor Glenn Youngkin spoke.

According to the Justice Department, LaMotta “traveled from Chesapeake to Washington, D.C., on Jan. 4, 2021, and told other “patriots” to “get in here asap” via Facebook.” On the 6th he joined thousands of others, including at least 12 from Hampton Roads in a march to the Capitol, forcing their way in. Once again according to the DOJ, “[LaMotta] observed law enforcement officers trying to clear the area, turned to the rioters behind him, put his arm up, and waved – nineteen times – motioning rioters toward the Rotunda. A line of officers then began to push the rioters out; however, LaMotta attempted to stand his ground as some in the crowd around him violently resisted the officers.”

He recieved six months in prison, 24 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution by U.S. District Judge Jia M. Cobb. According to 13NewsNow he was sentenced in “March 2023, where he was ordered to serve 11.5 to 23 months in prison for violating firearms laws, as well as four years of probation.” LaMotta was pardoned for his crimes on January 6th by President Trump.
But even before all that happened at the Capitol, in November 2020 LaMotta and a friend went to the vote counting facility in Philadelphia, PA with firearms in his Hummer. 6ActionNews in Philly reported back in October 2022 that
Macias [the other man with guns] and Lamotta were stopped by police near the Convention Center where a ballot count was underway. Both were carrying a handgun for which they had a license in Virginia but not Philadelphia.
A search of Lamotta’s Hummer turned up an assault rifle and over a hundred rounds of ammunition.
…The prosecution showed text messages where the two discussed arming themselves and LaMotta talked about raiding a truckload of alleged fake ballots.
LaMotta lives in Chesapeake with his family and according to his public online profiles works in private security.
